Breakfast was ok, even got sausage and cheese. The location is optimal, underground station in front of the door, all sights within walking distance.

Wlan should at least be freely available in the room.

Good for couples wanting a cozy stay

I really liked the comfy bed, definitely one of the best I've slept in-maybe I spent more time in it than I planned! The location was a perfect spot, with lots of restaurants nearby and an easy tram stop just around the corner.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable.

Wlan for 2 hours/day is modest. The location is excellent for Melbourn explorers as everything is within walking distance. Breakfast was o.k. but not exceptional. We liked the proximity to the garage under the Galleria very much and the price is very good with AUD 20/Exit. Exit tickets are available at the hotel. You don't need a car in the city, because the city centre is easy to explore with a Free Tram.

The room service is still to be improved.

Great value and location is great and unbeatable. The units are updated, spotless with bathtub, king bed plus a lovely bathroom. Hotel's breakfast is large and marvellous, includes muesli, cheese and yoghourt.

The location made it easy for our family with two teens to explore the city. We appreciated the good access to nearby eateries and enjoyed our time at the trendy cafes around the laneway. The daily cleaning of our room was excellent.

For dads, it would be great if they had dental kits available.
