Good for couples wanting a cozy stay
I really liked the comfy bed, definitely one of the best I've slept in-maybe I spent more time in it than I planned! The location was a perfect spot, with lots of restaurants nearby and an easy tram stop just around the corner.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable.

The location made it easy for our family with two teens to explore the city. We appreciated the good access to nearby eateries and enjoyed our time at the trendy cafes around the laneway. The daily cleaning of our room was impressive.
For dads, it would be great if they had dental kits available.

The room felt cozy with a comfortable bed. I enjoyed the layout that made it easy to access everything I needed, including well-placed power points. The blackout curtains did a great job keeping the room dark at night. Location-wise, it was a breeze getting around the city with a tram stop nearby and just a short walk from Flinders Street. Unfortunately, some aspects detracted from the experience. I had trouble with the key card, needing multiple resets during my stay. The cleaning staff didn’t consider timing. I felt awkward returning to my room while they were cleaning without an acknowledgment. Also disappointing was the faint smoke smell coming from the air vents, which for someone with asthma is definitely a concern. I had to ask for a room change, but the manager was unhelpful about it. The bathroom could use some updates, which ruined an otherwise lovely feel. It’s a shame since the location was truly amazing, with tons of good food and activities nearby.
